From the time we arrived at the Grand Inna Kuta until the day we left, we felt so welcome. The staff were amazing, always friendly and so very helpful. I was unwell one day and l didn't go down to breakfast, the staff ask my sister where l was. On my sisters return from breakfast one of the staff accompanied her with a plate of food.

Staff were absolutely amazing. Location was perfect. So good to have the 3 pool options plenty of space to relax by the pool.

Breakfast had a good variety of foods, location was excellent and right on the beach where you could walk along the beach on the new pathway. Room was good size, clean and there was access to any one of the three pools on site. Staff are very friendly and only too willing to help.

Stayed at the Grand Inna for a week. It has the best location and value for money I could find in Kuta. The staff were more than helpful and friendly especially Intan Puspita who went out of her wqy to make my stay enjoyable. I could not recommend the Grand Ina and staff more highly. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable with easy access to the dining area and swimming pools and the gardens and surround were immaculate. I had the buffett breakfast daily and was more than happy with the wide choice of dishes. Overall I could not fault this hotel and will be returning very soon.

Had a very nice stay at Grand Inna Hotel . Location is really good with lots of bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk . The bedroom was very well appointed with a nice bathroom also so no complaints . Overall very good value for money and I would definitely stay there again. The Hard Rock hotel is only 200 meters away and there is a nice Jamie Oliver restaurant across the road as well. Busy area around the hotel with a one way system in place that can have a lot of traffic but no issues with noise . Nice pools and very close to beach as well .

The breakfast buffet was great, the location is very close to Kuta beach so a great place to stay if that's the area you're interested in. The room we initially got had some minor issues, and the manager was very helpful and even upgraded us for free. All of the staff were very nice, and it was a very welcoming environment considering how large a resort it is. This is a nice place to stay in Kuta, and I would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grand Inna Kuta. LOCATION: in the heart of Kuta. If you are looking for a great hotel to be able to use as your base to visit other parts of Bali, and the days you decide not to venture out you will have access to 3 great pools to choose from or plenty markets close by for shopping. Plentiful restaurants around. You won’t be bored. HOTEL AND STAFF: the hotel was always clean and tidy. The hotel has great amenities. The staff were ALWAYS OUTSTANDING and ALWAYS willing to go the extra mile and ready to help even to some requests that were not hotel related. It’s was very much appreciated. Well done Grand Inna Kuta Staff. BREAKFAST: we had a lovely breakfast spread of all different cuisines. Always delicious

Family holiday in GIK was great , kids love the 3 pools . Rooms were sea view as described and comfortable beds, Good value and kids had their own room . Staff were very happy and friendly. Buffet was included with room booking and was great to have verity’s of food , plus Milo cereals for some of our oz mates haha . The hotel was short walk to the beach and shops and kfc if you have missed chicken or McDonald’s This place was great overall as expected and enjoyed our as our second destination after Singapore and after 2 years of pandemic border closure.
